"I have been a loyal State Farm customer for the past 9 years. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent issue regarding my policy and the customer service I received. I was initially provided a quote, which I accepted and paid in full. Approximately one month later, my premium was increased without a clear or valid explanation. This was both unexpected and unacceptable, especially after full payment had already been made based on the original quoted amount. In addition, my experience with Crystal was extremely disappointing. Her customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and did not reflect the standards I would expect from a company like State Farm. My concerns were not addressed appropriately, and no reasonable justification was provided for the premium increase. After nearly a decade of loyalty, this situation has been very frustrating and has significantly impacted my trust in State Farm."
